Abstract:	摘要：依據2010年內政部的資料，國人平均餘命男性76.2歲、女性為82.7歲，若加上少子化等因素，14年後，台灣65歲以上老人口便會超過20％，邁入超高齡社會，也就是每5個人就有1個是65歲以上老人。台灣已正式進入高齡化社會，且老年人口不斷的在成長，因老化所伴隨而來的健康問題，無疑帶給社會、經濟、醫療及家庭上更大的成本，更值得大家必須去重視。但高齡者的生活幸福感與社會上的支持如何？老化是人生必經的自然現象，而在高齡化的社會變遷中，受到衝擊的不單只有老年人該如何安排老年生活，子女也同時面對如何安心於父母所 Taiwan has been heading for aging society.
