Abstract:	近年來，證照的重要性日益增加，許多大專院校開始積極推廣專業證照課程。由於推廣專業證照時需花費大量成本以及資源，所以瞭解並掌握影響學生取得證照成效的因素，便成為大學院校在推廣證照課程時的重要課題。本研究使用計劃行為理論來建構學生取得證照意圖的因果關係，並嘗試加入人格特質因素來了解人格特質對取得證照意圖及考照績效的影響性。本研究以台灣某大學修習企業資源規劃課程之學生為研究對象，並以問卷調查法探討影響學生參與ERP證照考試行為意向的因素，並透過結構方程模式的部分最小平方法（partial least squar In recent years, the growing importance of Certificates, many universities have begun to actively promote the professional certification curriculum.
