    Abstract: 本研究以某保全公司中部管理處所轄台中地區及彰化鹿港地區的住宅系統用戶做為拜訪對象採便利抽樣方式採取問卷調查。經迴歸分析後的結果得知企業形象、服務品質、滿意度、知覺價值及忠誠度各構面之間有顯著影響且是正向影響關係,保全公司可根據此結果適時調整公司策略強化服務品質,以利於提高企業形象、知覺價值並強化客戶的滿意度及忠誠度。
