    Abstract: 本研究以探討企業因實施不同獎酬制度,對員工工作滿意度、組織公民行為與組織績效之影響,以建立較具備永續經營架構之企業制度。研究發現組織獎酬制度與工作滿意度、組織公民行為、組織績效皆呈現顯著正相關,分紅較高之企業,愈有利於組織績效之創造,建議企業應實施高且固定分紅比例制度。
