    Abstract: 本研究結果顯示有努力工作之動機對工作投入、滿意度與組織承諾有高度的投入工作導向、能在工作能力之表現有高度的滿意程度及對組織亦會有高度認同與努力工作於自己崗位的意願。在工作投入與滿意度之影響關係,有高度工作之投入對自己工作能力與環境條件皆感到滿意。在工作滿意度與組織承諾之影響關係,有高度工作滿意度即對組織有高度的認同與努力效勞組織的意願。
