Abstract:	學校是培育人才的重要場所，亦是孕育知識的重要搖籃。我國在2006年開始執行的第一週期五年之系所評鑑實施之計畫，其目的在於確保受評系或單位能提供學生一個優質學習懷境。加上當前國際主要國家高等教育評鑑實務，相當強調學生學習成效之確保，而高等教育大眾化與全球化發展所帶來的影響，使得學習成效成為大家關注的焦點。影響學習成效的因素眾多，而學習壓力與學習滿意度亦是影響學習成效的因素。本研究以學習氣氛、學習壓力、學習滿意度與學習成效為構面，以某私立大學管理學院學生作為研究對象，以發放問卷之方法，並以SPSS 17.0軟 School is an important place to nurture talent, and is also an important cradle for nurturing.
