    Abstract: 本研究以探討C公司從2006年起推行企業文化至今,員工對於企業文化與工作動機、工作壓力、組織承諾之關係研究。並以C公司新竹廠區員工為研究對象,共發放 650 份問卷,共回收633份,回收有效問卷608份,有效問卷回收率為93.5%。根據問卷調查蒐集所得之資料,以統計分析套裝軟體進行資料分析。
    經分析結果發現不同員工之個人屬性對對企業文化的認知感受、工作動機、工作壓力、組織承諾有顯著的差異存在。個案公司推動企業文化對員工之工作動機、工作壓力、組織承諾有正向影響關係。而員工之工作動機對組織承諾及工作壓力有正向
