Abstract:	企業內大大小小的組織部門，都是透過授權的方式授予使用者適當的權限供使用者能夠操作物件或行使權力。在以角色為基礎的存取控制（Role-Based Access Control, RBAC）的概念興起之後，企業使用RBAC當中的角色，也就是我們所熟知的職稱，來做為授權的媒介。角色工程方法則是在導入RBAC之前，對於角色部份的設計工程，如何將複雜的權限妥善地聚集成為一個集合，進而成為一個角色，也是讓RBAC能夠成功實行的重要因素。本篇研究提出了以事件驅動為基礎之角色工程方法進行角色工程，依照每個工作崗位必須執行
