Abstract:	本研究以資訊系統成功模式為基礎，探討南桃園某一區域教學醫院醫師及醫事人員對電子病歷系統使用滿意度及淨效益之關係，期待能提供該研究對象醫院未來其他電子病歷系統表單建置之參考。問卷共發放119份，有效回收問卷110份，回收率為92.4％。研究結果發現：（1）不同背景變項對電子病歷使用滿意度並無顯著差異；（2）電子病歷系統之資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質對使用者滿意有顯著的影響；（3）電子病歷系統的使用者滿意對淨效益有顯著影響。
