Abstract:	21 世紀科技進步以及知識爆炸的時代，不僅帶動產業的發展同時也快速提升經濟的發展，因此民眾對於新資訊以及新科技的掌握也日益快速更新。而在此同時，世界各國無不開始檢視教育政策是否可以因應轉變中的社會，國內許多學者專家也開始注意到目前趨勢，進而紛紛投入研究以及討論該議題，希望可以把學生塑造出具備掌握現代生活環境趨勢以及創造未來生活等價值。而今資訊與通訊科技(Information Communication Technology,ICT)亦即是現代學生所必需具備的關鍵能力。本研究之研究目的如下: 1.探討
