    Abstract: 本研究在探討陸軍心理輔導人員對於自身角色的看法及專業工作推行與專業倫理決策，面臨的實務經驗與過程。研究者曾擔任八年官兵心理輔導工作，體會輔導是一項影響個案深遠的工作，但由於工作重點及方向，未能契合單位需要，往往事倍功半，又無法凸顯工作的成績，致使許多心輔人員成就感不在，紛紛離開心輔工作領域，引發研究動機。研究目的如下: 1.探討陸軍心理輔導人員影響工作推行因素。2.探討陸軍心理輔導人員對專業倫理要求及認知因素。3.瞭解陸軍心理輔導人員工作與倫理衝突情形。4.根據研究結果提出相關建議。
