Abstract:	在全球化及資訊化的衝擊下，各國的政府無不以強化國家競爭力為最主要的工作，並成為政府長期施政的重點之一。IT產業競爭力(IT industry competitiveness)是衡量一個國家生產力及效率的指標，因此發展IT產業競爭力即能加速經濟的復甦，並奠定產業的基礎，帶動國家的競爭力。而電子化整備度(E-Readiness)則是利用資訊及通訊技術來發展一個國家的經濟並提升其社會福祉的能力。電子化整備度的指標除了能夠衡量國家間的數位落差之外，具備高電子化整備度的國家同時具備高度的競爭力。本研究根據世界經濟 Under the impact of globalization and informationization, governments of all nations around the world have been trying to strengthen their national competitiveness as the most important objective, and thus become one of the priorities of the government's
