    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討不同背景國小教師理財認知、理財行為與風險態度間之差異情形。研究結果顯示：國小教師的理財認知皆屬於低等程度；不同背景變項之國小教師在理財認知上部分有顯著差異；不同背景變項之國小教師在理財行為沒有顯著差異；不同背景變項之國小教師在風險態度上沒有顯著差異；國小教師之「整體理財認知」在理財行為上有顯著低度相關；不同風險態度之國小教師在理財行為上有顯著差異。
