    Abstract: 技術服務機構專業知識之累積與儲存,關係著企業經營的永續發展;若該知識與經驗僅集中於部分員工身上,將無法有效地進行知識傳承與創新。知識管理(KM)之概念引進台灣已逾十年,為促進台灣企業於國際市場之競爭力,部份大型企業組織著手建立內部知識管理系統(KMS)。本研究以個案研究之手法進行分析,案例公司於2000年導入客製化之KMS,已建立36個知識社群(CoPs)、20類專業知識庫(KBs)及1個緊急求救系統(SOS),該KM平台提供一個解決問題、儲存知識及分享經驗的管道。工程顧問業專業知識為其核心競爭力之來源,
