    Abstract: 在21 世紀初的今日,無線網路的崛起與推廣,掀
    開了電子行動商務的舞台,並以迅雷不及掩耳的速度
    創造行動化潮流。
    學術界在行動商務的研究上,多以行動科技的發
    展及行動通訊技術方面的研究探討居多,在管理實施
    議題上對於實際解決方案研究報告十分有限。行動商
    務尚處萌芽的階段,在國內企業的應用方面仍未見有
    較成熟的案例。特別是對於製造業的導入目前尚無相
    關研究文獻。因此,本研究以製造業為背景,探討行
    動商務導入的相關議題。
    本研究設計採用個案研究法,探討導入過程時期
    所遭遇的問題與解決方案,提供業界一個參考。最
