Abstract:	Web2.0網站是一種以互動、分享及參與之特性為主的動態網站。它明顯的帶來網路的商機，但是本身也有一些弱點。本研究以科技接受模式2(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM2)，探討結構中構面間的關係，藉以研究Web2.0網站使用者所能接受的程度。本研究主要在探討Web2.0網站使用者對網站的接受程度，並且期望由研究結果進而分析其網路商機。研究以問卷形式，收集相關資料數據，調查一般大眾對Web2.0網站的使用接受度。採用結構方程模式(Structural Equation Mod
