    Abstract: 本研究旨在了解台中市國中教師多元文化素養與跨文化敏感度的現況及其相關因素,並進一步探討跨文化敏感度對多元文化素養的影響。本研究採問卷調查,以分層隨機抽樣法取500名國中教師為研究對象,問卷包含「多元文化素養量表」與「跨文化敏感度量表」兩部分,最後共計回收489份,有效樣本484份,有效問卷回收率為98.98%。其次,根據數據資料進行統計分析,結果發現整體教師的多元文化素養得分為3.72,而整體的跨文化敏感度得分為3.8,兩者均在中上程度。以不同背景變項進行差異性考驗,整體而言,修習過多元文化相關課程、經常
