Abstract:	企業的電子化作業流程一直扮演著提升作業流程的重要角色，它可以有效的加快組織間資訊分享的效率，而在具備完善的電子化作業流程及掌握強大的資訊分享能力，即可與夥伴企業建立出密不可分的夥伴關係。本研究主要探討高科技產業如何有效利用夥伴關係管理來強化企業本身的弱勢，使供應鏈績效最大化。本研究經由文獻蒐集與彙整而得資訊分享、電子化流程、夥伴關係管理及供應鏈績效等四構面，並以此為基礎建立研究架構、假說及問卷量表。針對台灣的高科技產業之主管人員進行問卷調查，透過驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式以實證本研究之研究架構與假說。經 This paper aims to investigate how high-tech companies improve their weaknesses through partner relationship management to maximize their supply chain performance.
