    Abstract: 本研究目的是在重新探討造成基層員工作滿足因素為何?採用質性研究的方式進行研究,並以個案研究與深度訪談進行,訪談的過程中會錄音做為資料。本研究總共取得12位研究對象,分別進行1個小時左右的深度訪談,最後以紮根理論做編碼。研究結果顯示影響員工作滿足的因素有薪資條件、工作本身、情緒等,而有待改善的有公司升遷制度與獎酬制度。
