    Abstract: 本研究為色彩調變技術應用於生物影像之重建,其主要是以多頻譜為基礎(Multi spectral
    based)以達到高準確度色彩量測及色彩再現之系統。在研究中我們利用隨手可得之數位相機來取得彩色影
    像,並透過多頻譜之主軸分析技術(Principal Component Analysis, PCA)及多重線性迴歸系統重建我們所量
    測到色彩影像之頻譜,最後再利用高精確度分光光譜儀(Spectrophotometer)進行實驗分析及驗證。另一
    方面,我們可以利用此技術來置換任一光源頻譜,使相機影像模擬分光光譜儀在
