Abstract:	電子郵件對於現今的企業而言，不但提供了非常方便的溝通管道，而且更帶來了許多的商機，不過隨著其數量越來越龐大，相對地管理上也變得越來越困難。為了協助企業解決日益嚴重的電子郵件之管理問題，本論文提出並實作了一個以SMTP為基礎的電子郵件管理系統，其功能包括流量控管、郵件備份、內容過濾、郵件分類、自動回覆和統計分析等。這個郵件管理系統還擁有一個人性化的Web-based管理介面，讓企業管理者在任何環境下都能夠方便地執行各項操作，不會受限於用戶端之作業系統的種類。在我們所提出的架構下，無論企業使用何種電子郵件伺服 The phenomenal growth of Internet accesses has made e-mail an essential communication tool of an enterprise.
