    Abstract: XML為目前最主要的資料交換及表示標準格式之ㄧ,因此,XML 格式的資料近年來快速的成長,而資料探勘技術能幫助我們分析這些大量XML資料,找出其中有價值的資訊。在生物資訊領域中,許多資料庫也已提供XML交換格式,如能將這些XML生物資料進行整合與探勘,可使生物資訊更為全面,擴大其應用範圍。所以本篇論文提出整合了各類蛋白質XML資料的方法,並根據資料中的結構階層對蛋白質進行各類關聯法則探勘,最後探勘出的關聯法則也包含了XML資料語意描述及共有結構特性。
