Abstract:	氣候變化和惡劣天氣對交通和基礎設施的影響，是全世界面臨的問題。台灣在2009年8月遭受莫拉克颱風侵襲，所引起的洪水災害嚴重程度呈現了此議題的重要性。本研究主要討論在考量氣候下，根據路網的可靠性提供路徑資訊。主要透過兩個指標來檢視路網的可靠性，包含連結性可靠度以及旅行時間可靠度。並藉由依高雄的甲仙路網進行實驗分析與說明討論。 Climate change and severe weather impacts on transportation and infrastructure have become global and environmental issues in the whole world.
