Abstract:	「美國新聞與世界報導」第一次公佈的「大學排名」，正式揭開了大學競爭的序幕。各國陸續跟進評估世界性或全國性的大學排名。然而，大學排名卻沒有提供評估指標與排名之間的因果關係。學生與學校都欠缺足夠的資訊做適當的決策。本研究針對這資訊不充份的問題，採用一個以凌駕理論為基礎的粗略方法(DRSA)，歸納出上海交通大學所公佈的世界前百大(Academic Ranking of World Universities)的凌駕指標。DRSA是一個多準則決策分析的技術。根據資料之間的成對關係，探討凌駕的原因。前百大排名的規則最 Since 1983, "U.S. News and World Report, published the first university ranking, the university competition are formally initiated.
