    Abstract: 凌駕基礎的粗略方法是一個功能很強的切割排名的技術,現實生活裡大型的資料顯示沒有混淆的切割區域產生的決策規則有弱點,也就是說支持的個數比較少。為了提升 DRSA,數學規劃法被應用在增加支持的個數。這數學的程式碼如凌駕集合、粗略切割、及切割品質,都寫成 Lingo 12 的軟體。這程式應用在 2010 年的世界競爭力報告,顯示前十名的國家超越其他國家的凌駕指標與邊界。
