    Abstract: 以往醫療文獻僅考量傳統性人力資源管理部分，尚未加入知識管理及政府政策，本研究將此三者納入，透過決策實驗室法，進而建構台灣醫療機構之人力資源管理評估系統，經由此系統，將能了解人力資源管理功能與功能之相互關係及關鍵影響因子，對其關鍵影響因子，提出改善建議，將能提供給醫療產業管理者一個決策方針。
