    Abstract: 在全球化的現在,國際貿易的競爭也越來越激烈,台灣四面環海,地處亞太貿易區的樞紐,經濟上也十分仰賴進出口貿易,在大量的進出口貿易下,海運就成為了台灣貿易最重要的一環。高雄港是台灣最大的國際商港,位於據美、歐、紐澳、亞洲環球洲際航線之交匯點,在2002~2006年占全球貨櫃吞吐量的前十名,且位於亞太全球排名前六大港口(上海、新加坡、深圳、香港、釜山、高雄),而2007年時高雄港被緊追在後的深圳港給超越,在2008年以後更是退居到全球貨櫃吞吐量前十大排名之外。本文之主要研究目的,係探討影響港埠貨櫃運量因素的最重
