Abstract:	隨著社會進步，生活水準提升及知識普及，個人健康成為人們很關心的一環，中醫養生保健概念已逐漸受重視。此外，近代分子生物學的進步及西醫對於慢性疾病的限制，面對治療慢性疾病的瓶頸，傳統中醫學逐漸受到西方醫界的認定，均積極投入相關研究工作，並將其納入臨床醫療項目中。環視國內各大醫院，中醫科已成為大眾注目的門診科目。在中國的醫學中，保健治療方法除了藥物之外，還有針、灸、按摩等，其中經穴按摩是日常生活中可自我實施的保健方式。『醫食同源』是傳統醫學與生活飲食融合的關念，係因於中藥藥物中許多可歸類為食品。養生莫過於 Along with the progress of living standards and the educational level of the public, personal healthcare has become one of common concerns in daily life and application of traditional Chinese medicine in personal healthcare has gradually attracted attenti
