Abstract:	抗菌胜肽（antimicrobial peptides, AMPs)是細菌、植物、動物抵抗微生物入侵之先天免疫的小分子，大多是由10～80 個不等的胺基酸所組成的短肽，cathelicidin 基因是屬於螺旋型抗菌胜肽的一種，在人類、哺乳動物內研究較多，但是在魚類cathelicidin 基因研究得較少，因此本研究挑選斑馬魚與鯝魚的 cathelicidin 基因作為我們的主要研究對象。我們萃取鯝魚以及斑馬魚的genomic DNA，利用聚合酶連鎖反應PCR 技術，得到4 個片段，其中從鲴魚以CAT The antimicrobial peptides (AMPs), generally consisting of 10~80 amino acids, are small molecules expressed by bacteria, plants and animals in their innate defense systems against invasive microbes.
