Abstract:	隨著資訊科技及網路應用的快速發展，全球已邁向資訊化社會，為了因應這項新世紀的全球化挑戰，世界各國也紛紛規劃和實施適應新時代的學習方式，希望藉由線上學習的輔助，強化落實公部門人力的教育訓練。在此風潮下，我國政府也將數位學習列為重點政策之一，為了因應數位科技潮流及推動公務人員數位學習，行政院於95年5月24日核頒「行政院及所屬各機關公務人員數位學習推動方案」，並於各階段訂有相關實施策略。有鑑於目前國內數位學習相關研究多半在於數位學習系統的建置、導入模式、課程相關議題之探討，對於影響數位學習成效因素探
