Abstract:	建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling，簡稱BIM )已成為在建築、機電、結構工業中新的專門用語。BIM包含了許多不同的工具及工序。與先前電腦輔助繪圖系統不同， BIM以三維模式呈現一個建築物，並且擁有針對建築物內之所有原件參數及屬性之資料庫記憶機制。(Zyskowski & Valentine, 2009)。在一個設施的生命週期中，花費最大的片段是在營運階段。設計及建造階段佔總支出大約15%，周期中最長的營運階段佔了總支出的60%，營運時期最主要
