    Abstract: 隨著銷售模式的多樣化及消費者地位提昇所建立的售後服務觀念等趨勢,致使消費者將廠商所提供的產品保固期列為購買筆記型電腦時的考慮要件之一,可以提供健全維修系統的筆記型電腦製造商會逐漸受到筆記型電腦消費者的青睞。筆記型電腦製造商要建立高效的後端維修系統就必須先掌握筆記型電腦維修特性和維修需求的零件種類及數量,本研究針對某廠商提供之筆記型電腦維修紀錄依進行整理,並分析筆記型電腦的假性故障情況及當顧客將筆記型電腦送修時所誤判的故障狀況描述,最後探討經製造商診斷後的故障狀況以及其所需的維修需求特性,藉以提供作為筆記型
