2010/04/25台灣三號高速公路之+3.2K處發生無預警走山滑動災變,造成3車4人當場死亡及交通中斷3個月,產生相當大之衝擊及損失。本研究以次級資料法探討災變發生之主要原因,包含地質條件、順向坡、地下水滲入地裂縫造成軟弱面下滑及地錨鏽蝕無法有效產生摩擦力與握裹力來防止滑動。 本文並探討與地錨相關之問題,包含地錨銹蝕原因之釐清、地錨施工缺失、握線器的鎖定功能、地錨錨碇鑽孔及灌漿不確實、自由段及錨頭交界防蝕處理不當、及施工品質未能有效管控等因素,期藉由本文探討結果供參考,避免相關災害之再次發生。 On April 25th, 2010, a landslide disaster happened unexpectedly at the +3.2k section of the Freeway-3 in Taiwan.
