Abstract:	台灣醫療品質指標計畫 (Taiwan Quality Indicators Project, TQIP)為全國醫療品質指標，目的在於提供國內醫療機構醫療品質標準，經由自我評估，達到提昇醫療服務品質[1,2]。但目前仍有許多醫院是由人力的方式來蒐集所有相關資料，在人力有限的情況下，不只造成資料正確性的質疑，且造成護理人員需花額外的心力於此。鑒於上述因素，本研究以資料庫技術為核心，依「TQIP急診指標」為標準，開發一套e化照護流程的系統，藉由資訊的技術減少醫護人員蒐集資料之時間，提供決策者參考依據，並提昇人員 TQIP (Taiwan Quality Indicators Project) is an indicator series of assessing quality of medical service in Taiwan.
