Abstract:	本研究藉由社會交換理論的概念，驗證各項社會支持對教學創新的直接影響，並討論情感性組織承諾是否在社會支持與教學創新之間，扮演中介角色。本研究採用問卷調查法，受測對象為台中市國中特教教師。研究結果顯示國中特教教師知覺社會支持與教學創新、情感性組織承諾具有正相關。情感性組織承諾與教學創新具有正相關。再者，情感性支持、訊息性支持及實質性支持均會透過情感性組織承諾的中介作用，間接影響國中特教教師的教學創新，而情感性支持也會對教學創新產生直接影響。最後，本研究依據重要結論，詮釋國中特教教師社會支持之意涵，並提出後續研 Deriving from social exchange theory, this study attempts to verify how perceptions of social support influence affective commitment, which contributes to their instructional innovation.
