    Abstract: 本研究藉由社會交換理論的概念,驗證各項社會支持對教學創新的直接影響,並討論情感性組織承諾是否在社會支持與教學創新之間,扮演中介角色。本研究採用問卷調查法,受測對象為台中市國中特教教師。研究結果顯示國中特教教師知覺社會支持與教學創新、情感性組織承諾具有正相關。情感性組織承諾與教學創新具有正相關。再者,情感性支持、訊息性支持及實質性支持均會透過情感性組織承諾的中介作用,間接影響國中特教教師的教學創新,而情感性支持也會對教學創新產生直接影響。最後,本研究依據重要結論,詮釋國中特教教師社會支持之意涵,並提出後續研
