Abstract:	路口的號誌化控制主要目的在於提供一個安全、效率及舒適的交通環境，而其中最重要的部分即為時相與時制的設計。在目前國際通用的多種號誌設計與模擬軟體中，Synchro是國內常用的一套能完整進行都市路網號誌時制績效分析與時制設計最佳化的軟體，但由於Synchro是國外發展的軟體，故其在國內所能提供之適用性乃是一值得研究的課題。因此，本研究應用國內交通部運輸研究所所開發的公路交通系統模擬模式HTSS(Highway Traffic Systems Simulation Model)與Synchro所提供的模擬結果進 The main purpose of intersection signal control is to provide a safe, efficient, and comfort traffic environment.
