    Abstract: 高層建築為現代都會區不可或缺之特殊建築結構設計型態,台灣位處於亞洲環西太平洋地震帶上,所以隔震制震設計規劃及施工管理的良莠,必嚴重的影響高層建築之安全性。本研究探討台灣現有隔震制震之施行機制,研討高層大樓隔震制震設計之原則與重點,檢視台灣高層建築結構隔震制震相關配套設計的現況缺失,彙整台灣現有隔震制震設計優缺點及震災後缺失調查,並以過去案例提出相關因應解決對策,作為處理隔震.制震.設計及震災後處理之參考。本研究並以實務面提出規劃、設計與施工上之建議事項,期使建築本身發揮最佳隔震及制震效果,必可保護住戶生命
