    Abstract: 本研究建立一套整合號誌時相與時制整合設計的分析流程,並利用實驗設計方法,設定各項實驗因子與水準,利用軟體加以模擬分析,以確認路口延滯最小之設計,由於軟體進行模擬時,並無法將路口左轉與直行造成的衝突延滯秒數計算進去,故本研究進一步實際到路口觀測衝突之秒數,並建立相關的亂數導數公式,以蒙地卡羅模擬出各種狀況下車流衝突的平均每車延滯,作為軟體分析結果的加總調整數值,使其能更貼近現實狀況。研究結果顯示,加入衝突延滯秒數後,普通二時相之每車平均延滯明顯上升,但仍然是延滯秒數最短之時相。隨著流量增加,平均每車延滯秒數
