    Abstract: 本研究以高速公路樹林收費站為例，應用Arena模擬程式建構其收費車道模擬模式，並分析車輛到達時間分配及服務時間特性以取得模擬模式之重要參數，將其輸入至模擬模式中，模擬不同車流量、不同電子收費使用比率的狀況下，不同電子收費車道數之設置對於車流所帶來的交通衝擊影響，建立後續增設電子收費車道之適當時機。
