Abstract:	消防防災是建築中相當重要的一環，它直接影響到居民生命財產的安全，我國政府相當重視消防防災之工作，所以制定了一系列消防相關法規，期能預防火災之發生及減低它所造成的傷害。消防防災近來也與資通訊技術及智慧型建築的概念結合，藉由這些技術的引進，期能增進居家環境之安全、舒適及便利性。建築物的消防設施在智慧化的應用之下，能夠更準確的監控火災相關資訊，預防災害之發生，並減低其傷害程度，保障居民生命財產的安全。本研究之目的在導入建築資訊模型(BIM, Building Information Modeling)，與消防 Fire control is an important issue for building construction.
