Abstract:	微利時代的來臨及企業全球化的趨勢，迫使傳統海、空運承攬業者，紛紛轉型為提供整合型物流服務之國際物流業者，以提昇競爭力；而過去港對港的服務，也轉趨為及戶運送的服務型態，以符合全球化經營企業的交易需求。國際及戶運送服務，由於跨越ㄧ個國家以上的地域，牽涉不同的經貿體系、文化差異與社會風俗，物流服務的內容也因而相對的複雜。然而，普遍存在於貨運承攬界的削價競爭策略，卻未因及戶運送的複雜度提昇而減緩或消失。因此，如何有效減少運送的缺失並降低運送成本及損失，反而形成業者求取生存及保持競爭優勢的關鍵因素。本研究主要在探討
