Abstract:	近年來國際油價與天然氣價格不斷攀升，突顯石化燃料年限問題，人們環保思維逐漸抬頭，發展再生能源是主流意識，目前全球綠色能源包括風力發電、水力發電、地熱能等，而太陽能因「再生能源法」配套措施，不僅讓太陽光電成為市場新寵兒，也成功帶動太陽光電晶片、模組與系統。故本研究將針對太陽能電池產業三種材料評選，在面對一多屬性決策問題，利用決策實驗分析(DEMATEL)可將複雜質化問題以量化方式處理，並求得準則內部直接與間接相互影響關係，著重核心屬性設計問卷；針對問卷徵詢專家意見，以導入模糊分析網路程序法(FAN The continuous growing prices of gasoline and natural gas reflect the depletion problem of fossil fuels.
