    Abstract: 本研究的目的在建立新的決策分析方法論KD-IPA,協助企業建立市場策略與改善方向以
    贏得訂單。傳統的重要度與表現度分析模式(Importance-Performance Analysis, IPA)隱含重要的
    假設:(1) 表現度與顧客滿意度為線性關係;(2) 變數互相獨立且無因果關係。若品質特性不
    符合上述假設時,傳統的IPA 模式無法正確地分析重要度與改善的優先順序,而導致錯誤的
    決策。因此,本研究提出新的決策分析方法論,運用Kano’s Model 顧客滿意度改善的量化分
    析模式,及決策實驗室分析法
