Abstract:	國軍新式武器無論是使用或保養，皆需要有豐富經驗的專業人員，尤其面臨中共持續擴軍的威脅下，國軍對各項專業人才的需求自是非常殷切。士兵是國軍基層部隊的骨幹，也是國軍培育優質士官幹部的基礎，新訓中心又以訓練「合格步槍兵」為目標，在不違反現行的訓練政策與各項影響安全因素之考量下，為達成國軍部隊為戰而訓之使命，我們必須在有限的時間內，培養出優秀合格步槍兵，因此，有效的射擊課程規劃儼然成為新訓中心當前的重要課題。本研究係以詮釋結構模式分析新訓中心射擊訓練課程之規劃內涵，並經專家訪談訂定課程規劃需求，從中找 Abstract Advanced modern weapons of the armed forces, both in regards of warfare usage and regular maintenance, need to be tended by experienced and skillful technicians.
