Abstract:	在建築工程實務上，不少建築專案的裝修工程成本與結構工程成本相當，但最近幾年的建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, 簡稱為BIM)應用實證研究，在數量提取部份大多著重於主結構工程數量(混凝土及鋼筋)的計算，較少針對裝修工程的數量做驗證。本研究以實際的建築工程專案，用BIM軟體工具建模，在確認模型建置無誤後，嚐試依裝修工程數量計算的習慣，由BIM模型中提取裝修工程數量，經由比對該建案以傳統方法估算的數量，探討現有BIM工具在裝修工程數量輸出之相關議題，並進而驗證BIM工具無
