    Abstract: 現行企業所面臨的是客戶要求交期快速回應，產品生命週期越來越短的經營環境。因此，在衡量企業製造績效時，出貨交期時間往往是相當重要的指標之ㄧ。許多文獻指出，實施及時(Just-in-time, JIT)採購能縮短物料進料時間，提升生產力。有鑑於此，本研究係針對JIT採購程度與企業製造績效之間的關連性進行探討，並以新竹科學園區建漢科技公司為個案，蒐集實際資料，應用統計迴歸構建出一套可具體量化JIT採購程度與製造績效之關連模式。
