    Abstract: 電子商務的興起，使得電子商務人才的需求大增，國內各大學為因應市場之需要，分別開設了電子商務學程。本研究旨在對目前國內大學電子商務學程之課程規劃內容做比較研究。
    本研究收集國內十所學校之資料比較研究後，依內容分析法分析，得到以下結論：(1)國內電子商務學程規劃一致性不高。(2)課程設計受教師專長影響。(3)由目前各校之課程設計無法明確看出市場之實際需求。文末提供若干建議作為未來課程設計及後續研究之參考。
