    Abstract: 海岸濕地為國土的一環,且正處於水陸交界的環境敏感地區,過去由於大量開發海岸土地,造成海岸濕地棲地破壞,生態境劣化等課題。現階段重要濕地的劃設多以生物及生態之重要機能為基礎,但相較於陸域濕地,海岸濕地所牽涉的環境因素更加多樣,而海岸環境又是許多漁民的生計產地,所以應有更多面向影響因子的考慮,以使海岸濕地保護區的劃設更為合理。本研究是整合多種棲地評估模式以評估海岸棲地的生態資源潛力等級,再配合水域水質、棲地型態、土地使用現況內容及強度等的評估結果,以疊圖分析方法,獲得海岸濕地的敏感度等級做為劃定海岸濕地保護等
