文化創意產業由於具有無煙囪與高附加價值經濟成長的特性，近年來為台灣大力推動之潛力新興產業，並以設置文化創意產業園區作為促進產業翻轉與都市活化再生之策略，然較少針對區域應設置之文化創意產業園區類型進行探究。由於文化創意產業園區發展類型之設置屬多準則決策問題，基此，本研究透過模糊德爾菲方法(Fuzzy Delphi Method, FDM)與分析網路程序法(Analytic Network Process, ANP)之整合，建構文化創意產業園區發展類型之評選模式，並以桃園縣三處規劃中之文化創意產業園區為實例分 Cultural and creative industries are characterized with their stacklessness and high added value to the economic growth.
