    Abstract: 本研究係以詮釋結構模式(Interpretive Structural Model, ISM)來分析商品組合間的關聯順序並評定期先後次序，再轉變為具體化、全面化的關聯構造階層圖，以提升壽險人員商品組合規劃的品質。再利用基於影響矩陣乘法的分類方法(Impact Matrix Cross-Reference Multiplication Applied to a Classification,MICMAC)探討各商品組合之間元件之間的相互互動的強弱關係，以便於找到最適的商品組合及商品設計策略。
